Solo is a single Sim residence, with room for a kitteh, with a more feminine side. Originally made for me to play Seasons with, but I love the layout so much I decided to share. No fancy smancy stuff, just a good ol home to have fun with. Does include hot tub, outside cooking and basketball goal. Made, with love, by Kimwriter75. No third party CC.
